Journal- Today you will be selecting a global issue topic to use in the next two units for this class. When you hear/read the words “global issue” what comes to mind? Elaborate and explain yourself.
When I think of global issues, I think of problems that are affecting people outside the United States. I think of wars that are happening around our world. I also think of global warming. Another thing that comes to mind is a currency change. Europe just went through a currency change, and this affected many countries. These are some of the global issues that I think of.
