Journal - What do you know about a Public Service Announcement? What do you think it is/ What is the purpose of a PSA?
I know that some public service anouncements will be broadcasted through the television. I think that it is an announcement of something that is going on that the public needs to know about. An example would be a commercial about animal abuse. The purpose is to let people know what is going on. Also, it gives them ideas as to how to help whatever is being broadcasted. For example, they may say to donate to a certain orgainzation that helps with the problem.
